On the Spanish mainland, you can explore the rolling hills of the Alpujarras and the pristine beaches of the stunning Cabo de Gata national park. Portugal has a beautiful hiking trail, called Rota Vicentina, along the atlantic coast in the Algarve and Alentejo plus the fairytale landscapes of Sintra an Cascais.
